DoT Guidelines

As per the latest guidelines issued by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), there has been a significant increase in financial and digital fraud across the industry. In light of this, THE PINNACLE GROUP INC. strongly advises all customers to refrain from engaging in any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to financial fraud, identity theft, and illicit use of internet services offered via our infrastructure. If fraudulent activity is detected or reported, THE PINNACLE GROUP INC. is authorized to take corrective action based on instructions from Government Authorities. Users are solely responsible for any actions or transactions conducted using our services, and THE PINNACLE GROUP INC. shall not be held accountable for any misuse or fraudulent activities carried out by users on our platform.
