Acceptable Use Policy
This acceptable use policy (the "Policy") defines acceptable practices for the use of Host Net
India’s services (the "Service").
Remote Hands Policy
Colocation Customers may request Host Net India to perform "remote hands" service on Customer's
equipment within the Host Net India facilities.
Service Level Agreement(SLA)
This Host Net India (Host) Service Level Agreements (SLA) is governed by the customer service
agreement or master service agreement (each, an “Agreement”).
Colocation Access Policy
In order to ensure the safety and security of our facility, our clients and their colocated systems,
Host Net India has specific policies and procedures that all employees, clients and guests must
follow.
Terms of Use
Host Net India provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which
may be updated by Host Net India from time to time without notice to you.
Privacy Policy
Host Net India’s policies and procedures for handling customer information have been created
with the understanding that Internet technologies are still evolving and that Internet business
methods are continuing to evolve to meet the needs and opportunities of the changing
technologies.
Legal Notice
All notices to a party shall be in writing and shall be made either via e-mail or conventional mail.
Host Net India may broadcast notices or messages through the Service to inform CUSTOMER of changes
to the TOS at their choosing, but is not required to do so; Host Net India may broadcast changes to
the Service, or other matters of importance; such broadcasts shall constitute notice to
CUSTOMER.

Host Net India offers you different tools for testing and analysis.
DoT GUIDELINES
As per the latest guidelines issued by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), financial and
digital frauds have witnessed a substantial increase across the industry. In view of this growing
concern, THE PINNACLE GROUP strongly advises all its customers to refrain from engaging in any
fraudulent activities, including but not limited to financial frauds, identity theft, and any
illicit use of internet services offered via our infrastructure.

In cases where any fraudulent activity is detected or reported, PINNACLE is authorized to take
corrective action based on instructions from Government Authorities . It is crucial to note that any
action or transaction conducted using PINNACLE 's services will remain the responsibility of the
user. PINNACLE shall not be held accountable for any misuse or fraudulent activities carried out by
users on our platform.
To ensure the safety and integrity of our services, we urge all customers to stay vigilant and
report any suspicious activity immediately. PINNACLE will fully cooperate with the relevant
authorities to tackle such issues and safeguard the interests of all stakeholders.
