Different Types of Requests
We get the following kinds of request applications concerning customer data: Data request is kind of request which contains or related to the clients accounts with official criminal probes and other legal activities. Except in limited emergency conditions, we need data request to be made through formal Indian verified process and method and hostnetindia respond this request according to the law. ● Subpoenas
● Court Orders
● Search Warrants
● Legal procedure received from outside the India may require a Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) with India
● other forms of legal procedure such as Civil Investigative Demands
Preservation Requests. A preservation request inquires hostnetindia to preserve customer account information in connection with official criminal investigations or other legal activities. Preservation requests must include the following information:
● Information based on Identity of the account(s) at issue (as further described in Section 4 below);
● Identification of the investigating firm and/or specific pending official proceedings (requests must be signed on law enforcement letter head);
● Assurances that the requesting firm or individual person is heading steps to impose right legal procedure to access the data that we are being asked to continues; and
● an appropriate return email address and telephone number.
Emergency request - We will only accept the emergency request in cases if occur dangerous harm or death. Our team will response in extremely urgent cases, any way we always believe in good faith and increasing strong relations with customers.
This Notice to Customers
Hostnetindia terms and policy is to inform customers of requests for their data unless we are prohibited from doing so by statute or court order.

Sometimes, our team is not able to respond with this information and hostnetindia hold the right of request a copy of original complaint and related information.

Content - We will only process client content (such as website files and email content) pursuant to a valid search warrant from an entity with proper jurisdiction.
