request according to the law.

Preservation Requests. A preservation request inquires hostnetindia to preserve customer
account information in connection with official criminal investigations or other legal activities.
Preservation requests must include the following information:
● Information based on Identity of the account(s) at issue (as further described in
Section 4 below);
● Identification of the investigating firm and/or specific pending official
proceedings (requests must be signed on law enforcement letter head);
● Assurances that the requesting firm or individual person is heading steps to impose
right legal procedure to access the data that we are being asked to continues; and
● an appropriate return email address and telephone number.
Emergency request - We will only accept the emergency request in cases if occur dangerous harm or
death. Our team will response in extremely urgent cases, any way we always believe in good faith and
increasing strong relations with customers.
This Notice to Customers
Hostnetindia terms and policy is to inform customers of requests for their data unless we are
prohibited from doing so by statute or court order.

AND EMAIL COMMUNICATION IN PARTICULAR, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE BURDENS OF SPAM AND THE
OCCASIONAL UNINTENDED EFFECTS OF SPAM FILTERS, SENDING AN ALTERNATE FORM OF NOTICE, WILL HELP
ASSURE THAT YOUR NOTICE IS RECEIVED BY US AND ACTED ON IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Hostnetindia might claim some charge in responding to unnecessary requests but it will be depend on
condition or situation.

Available Information
Depending on the different types of formal legal process provided, our team might respond to these
following requests.
Non-Content -
Our team will produce non-content data like basic subscriber information which may contains the
further subject to a verified request application:
● Name
● Email addresses
● Date and time of account creation
● billing information
● IP Logs
Content -
We will only process client content (such as website files and email content) pursuant to a valid
search warrant from an entity with proper jurisdiction.
