Hostnetindia, a Hosting venture of THE PINNACLE GROUP INC.

Introduction

If you wish to cancel any hosting solution purchased from Hostnetindia, you must follow the process outlined below to ensure cancellation. Refunds for hosting fees will only be issued if the service is canceled within the specified timeframes. Failure to cancel within these periods means Hostnetindia will not be responsible for refunding the product fee.

Main Refund Terms

If you cancel a Hostnetindia service within the designated timeframe, we will refund the full product fee as per our terms and policy.

Billing Policy

  • For subscriptions of one year or more: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the transaction date.
  • For subscriptions less than 12 months: Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the transaction date.

Date of Transaction

The date of transaction is defined as the date the hosting service is obtained or renewed by the owner, as recorded by Hostnetindia. Refunds will adhere to the agreement terms. Hostnetindia reserves the right to cancel any hosting package at any time and will issue refunds in accordance with our policies.

Cancellation Process

To cancel a service, you must:

  • Submit a cancellation request to the billing division via a ticket or through the billing portal.
  • Use your official email address to submit the request.
  • Include the exact IP address and domain of the web hosting plan you wish to cancel in your cancellation request.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Hostnetindia offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all web hosting solutions (excluding VPS and dedicated servers) for new buyers who submit a written refund request via email. A new buyer is defined as an individual or entity who has never previously obtained hosting services from Hostnetindia. Customers purchasing hosting plans for the second or third time are not eligible for this refund policy.

If you exceed the bandwidth limitation within the first month of hosting service, you will not be eligible for a refund. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days.

Please note that dedicated server, cloud, and VPS product services are not covered under this refund policy, and Hostnetindia reserves the right to refuse refunds for these hosting plans.
